Whatever Floats Your Boat is an original team building experience that combines creativity, innovation and practical problem-solving in a fun and highly collaborative challenge.

Working in teams, participants take on two simultaneous missions. The first is to create an artistic triptych representing their vision of the company's future. The second is to design and build a fully functional raft using only recycled and reclaimed materials.

Success depends on effective planning, clear communication and smart allocation of resources as each team works against the clock to complete both challenges.

The final test brings everything together as the handmade raft must safely transport the team's artwork across the course, putting design, stability and teamwork to the ultimate test.

The experience concludes with the announcement of the winning team during the final prize-giving ceremony.
