Two Days of Scenic Experiences, Outdoor Activities and Relaxation

For approximately 50 employees of a leading German real estate company, Sapori d'Italia designed and delivered a bespoke two-day incentive programme on Lake Como, combining breathtaking scenery, outdoor adventures and moments of relaxation in one of Italy's most prestigious destinations.

The programme began with a spectacular classic car tour through the picturesque Intelvi Valley, following scenic roads that wind between charming villages, rolling hills and magnificent views over Lake Como.

The afternoon was dedicated to relaxation at the beautiful Lido di Lenno, where participants could choose between a variety of water sports, beach volleyball and beach football tournaments, or simply unwind by the lake. A dedicated event team coordinated every activity, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.

As evening fell, the group gathered for an exclusive beach party at Lido di Cernobbio, featuring a DJ, open bar and a lively atmosphere that encouraged networking, celebration and team spirit.

On the second day, guests experienced the beauty of Lake Como from the water during a private lake cruise, including a stop at the enchanting Isola Comacina for a leisurely lunch before returning.

This incentive perfectly combined adventure, relaxation and authentic Italian hospitality, creating a memorable experience that rewarded participants while strengthening relationships in an informal and inspiring setting.
