Three Days of Exclusive Experiences, Team Building and Celebration

For 140 delegates from a leading Finnish company, Sapori d'Italia designed and delivered a bespoke three-day incentive programme on Lake Maggiore, combining exclusive experiences, engaging team building activities and memorable evening events into one seamless corporate experience.

The programme began on the enchanting Isola Bella, where guests enjoyed a private visit to the magnificent Borromeo Palace and its world-famous gardens. As the sun set over the lake, they were treated to an elegant aperitif on the panoramic terraces accompanied by a live opera performance, creating a truly unforgettable atmosphere.

The second day centred around our signature Lago Maggiore Cup team building experience. Divided into teams and travelling aboard private boats with dedicated guides, participants explored the Borromean Gulf while tackling interactive quizzes, creative photo challenges and engaging missions across Stresa, Isola Bella and Isola dei Pescatori.

On the final day, delegates were free to choose from a selection of experiences, including outdoor activities, cultural excursions and gourmet food and wine tours, allowing everyone to tailor the programme to their own interests.

The incentive concluded with an elegant gala dinner, followed by a lively DJ set and open bar, providing the perfect finale to three unforgettable days of networking, discovery and celebration.

This project perfectly illustrates how bespoke event design, exclusive venues and carefully curated experiences can come together to create an incentive programme that inspires, connects and rewards participants.
