What red wine goes well with fish? Does bubbles work with chocolate? Show us your sommelier skills in this fun and gastronomic challenge!
The group is divided into teams of ca. 10 people. Each team will be given “snacks” like anchovies, chocolate, gorgonzola etc. with which they have to, very carefully, pair with the wines they have at disposal.
At the end of the activity a professional sommelier will evaluate the parings of each team and declare the winner!
