First contact in January to organise an incentive event for 350 people, 50th anniversary of a well-known company based in France with branches worldwide.
In two days we have to give the guests a taste of the territory’s excellence, but above all let guests breathe a typical Italian atmosphere... what’s more Italian than cooking?
Ready, steady, go! We pick-up the guests at the airport then transfer to Baveno to catch a boat to reach the restaurant on an island for lunch. Guests are divided into teams and transferred by private motorboat to two lakefront locations.
On one location the teams compete in “The Apprentice Chef” and on the other in “The Apprentice Painter“. Great fun for all participants!
At the end of the competition, all aboard the boat for a change of location. Then it’s back to hotel to get ready for the evening. An exclusive aperitif is organized in the gardens of the famous Isola Bella followed by a buffet dinner with local specialities on the most beautiful panoramic spot of the same Island.
Music, entertainment and dancing until late night… the last guests leave the island at 3:00 a.m.! The next day, still a little bit sleepy, everyone is ready to spend some relaxing hours at the beach: brunch buffet, beach chairs and sun umbrellas for a well deserved “day in the sun”!
