A different aperitif with a tasting game :
Is it pork or beef, rabbit or chicken? Is the cheese made from cow’s-, goat’s- or sheep’s milk? And the salami? Is it pork or goose? Are you sipping a young or old wine?
To make the tasting even more difficult there will be a blind test, where the guests will have to guess the identity of certain products using only their sense of smell.
These are some of the challenges the guests will be facing… to refine their sense of taste before dinner.
